    Waiting for a visit The desired properties are not decided! It is recommended for customers. There are lot of informations what are much more than net postings. We will talk about customer’s situation and propose the property that suitable for the customer from the professional point of view.

    In the listing, please confirm the buildings, facilities, surrounding environment, … Especially the points which are hard to understand in the picture and the floor plan.
    If you do not like it, you can refuse it. If you’d like it but want to think about 1-2 days or talk to a friend, please tell the real estate agent about that.
    (In that case, you will have priority to borrow the accommodation if you pay the deposit.

  • 3Decide on a property and apply

    When the rental apartment you want to live is decided, firstly complete the application form for residence, and then the lender (owner / management company) will conduct a tenant review based on that.
    ID card (student card, driver’s license, alien registration card,…) is required at the time of application.
    Not only the contractor’s information but also the information of the guarantor is required to fill in the application form, so proceed smoothly if you check in advance.

    When moving in, we will sign a contract.
